EmpowHer Capital
EmpowHer Capital is a leadership and skill-building program for women and feminine-aligned people with disabilities based in Albany, NY. Led by disabled women, for disabled women, we meet monthly and are creating a space to build connections, set goals, and grow as leaders in our personal and professional lives. All events are free!
In general, this program is geared towards those 18+.
We are open to all disabilities, no matter where you are on your disability journey!
We welcome folks from across the gender identity spectrum to join us if they believe that the spaces and programming we provide are affirming and inclusive of who they are.

What are the events like?
Each month, participants work with our team to plan a fun, skill building, and empowering event for their peers to do together. Every meetup looks different, but they always include fun, friendship and food. Past meetups have involved making intention boards, practicing self-care, and learning self-defense skills.
